Shubhotsav is a white-label wedding operating system that lets professional wedding planning agencies manage weddings, vendors, guests, and related workflows for their clients.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to violate applicable law.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you upload (wedding details, guest lists, vendor information). We process this data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shubhotsav is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
